Domaine de Marotte Cuvée Summum Rosé

Since 2015 we also make a sparkling rosé which is a great success every year. The young rosé is fermented in a tank and has a tiny bit of residual sugar. Yet it remains a Brut type. The aromas are very fresh and you recognize young fresh fruit such as vineyard peach, white currant and gooseberry. The taste is wonderfully fresh and fruity. The aftertaste is very pleasant. In short, it is a festive wine to share. Cheers!
