This product from grape juice is NOT fermented but fermented. In contrast to almost all alcohol-free wines, it is a nice alternative that really does not contain any alcohol, so a real 0.0%.

In the Cuvée Zéro Mousseux Blanc you recognize the smell of apple, apricot, tropical fruit, almond, brioche, vanilla, slightly spicy and salty with a light wood tone. In the taste you recognize tropical fruit, yeast, a bit of butter, fresh acids, the taste is pleasantly long and even a bit greasy.

This Cuvée Zéro 0.0 can be drunk as an aperitif but is also delicious as an accompaniment to vegetable dishes, spicy dishes, white fish, white meat and also goes well with a cheese platter or dessert. Cheers!
