Since 2020, we also make a sparkling white wine. The white wine is fermented in the tank and has virtually no residual sugar, it is a so-called Brut de Brut. The aromas are very fresh and you recognize young fresh fruit such as apple, apricot, peach and white currant, but also a bit of brioche bread. The taste is wonderfully fresh and fruity. The aftertaste is very pleasant and deliciously fresh. In short, it is a festive wine to share. Cheers!

Vinification:
Direct pressurization. Fermentation at a maximum of 16 °C for approximately 3 weeks. Re-fermentation in a pressure tank for at least 1 month. Bentonite clarification only. The “transfer” of the wine as much as possible by means of gravity.
